All In Good Time

From the album ‘All in Good Time’

I’m a tiny boat
Drifting on the Sea
All the waves on the ocean
Are tossing this ship endlessly

Haul on frozen ropes
Sails turn to the breeze
Lost all sense of direction
The wind howls its last breath and I scream

And I scream
I shout to the heavens “What does it mean”
I keep rolling it over and over again

All in, all in, all in good time

She lies
Her head on the ground
Staring off so far away
And cries through lonely nights
Praying, “Prince come and save me someday”
Child in flight down a lonely road
Reaching out – noone takes it
Touching earth with her head in the clouds
And the vows that she’ll soon to be breakin’

All in, all in, all in good time

I believe in the flowers within the seeds
They keep growing and won’t show their colors
Until they are free

All in, all in, all in good time
