Video for You: Joe’s Performance of Harry Chapin’s “Cat’s in the Cradle”
August 19th, 2010
Let me just say this… There is nothing in this world like standing on a stage and playing for two thousand people. If you missed it, or if you want to catch it again, here’s a tasty video captured by John Aalto of my performance of Harry Chapin’s "Cat’s in the Cradle".
This years "Just Wild About Harry" concert was a great success and I want to thank Barry Kornhauser (cello), Hillary Foxsong (vocals) and especially Stuart Markus for not only singing along, but for planning and presenting this show at the Harry Chapin Lakeside Amphitheater every year. It’s an honor to be part of if.
The ‘sound-check’ photo above was taken by the talented Robert Berkowitz (RSB Image Works). Bobby is a great guy and a master of the live-shot. He’s compiled photos of artists from this event (and from many others) at:

That’s all for now. I’ll be packin’ up to go hang out at Philly Folk Fest in a couple of hours. I’ll catch up with you when I get back.
Much Love,
Joe
