It’s in the can.

Ok… That sounds gross. I was talking cinematically, not pornographically. Jon at the recording studio just shakes his head everytime I use “film-speak” when referring to the recording process. But hey, whaddayagonnado? I’ve got the film/photo world wired premanently into my brain since my college days in Ithaca, NY. Now, back to business…

The recordings are complete! My vocal tracks are done, and every necessary part is now on tape (digitally speaking) and Jon Castelli is now mixing the tracks. I know that we are a few weeks behind schedule, but I hope that you will all agree that it was worth the wait. It should be about a week before I’ve got the mixed music ready for mastering, which puts the official release date somewhere around the 3rd week of June.

The album art is nearly completed, thanks to really nice photography by the talented Jana Sanford. Some of the outakes from her shoot grace this site, and I’m working some of the shots onto my other digital environs as well.
